This company has taken a month to fix our oven. I also had to reschedule and the day that I rescheduled to, they claim it was rescheduled to the next day. It sucks that this is the only repair company that is certified for our oven and refrigerator. I also think they should be able to diagnose something the first time instead of diagnose, come out to fix and say another thing is wrong and they need to order another part. Now it’s another part charge and another service charge and I have to clear out my schedule for tomorrow ... read more
