Waterford is so lucky to have this business in their township. My step son was in need of a stove. I called them from Florida and was able to purchase one by phone , have it delivered & hooked up the next day. I am so pleased with my sight - unseen purchase & the service received . Called for to repair my dryer and they came out right away. They had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! I couldn't be happier with the service, price, and how friendly everyone was. I will call them again.
My whole family goes through this guy and he does a great job. If you need an appliance fixed or want to buy a used one to save yourself some money, go to the Appliance Place :)
Customer Service – I made phone call to the store, and really, it sounded as if he had better things to do than to take my call. In this day I think that the business's that flourish will be the ones that take the time to listen and that are knowledgeable about what they sell. Really all he had to say was "I have "loads" (pardon the pun!) of washing machines, come on in and will hook you up" He would have had a customer. Rude Owner – The guy who owns this place is rude, uncooperative, irritable and just plain mean. I stopped in to look at several appliances for some rental property I own...cash in hand. His dog was loose and walking on the shoulder of the very busy road in front of the store, so I tried to get the dog out of the road after I parked. The guy yelled at me and called me a liar for saying his dog was in the road - in front of other customers who had also seen the dog in the road. 0 star rating. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. I was told to get a life, lied to about who the owner was, promised calls back and hung up on. All this when I was simply asking if they sold a freezer ice maker. I would NEVER buy anything from them.
VALUE!! Nice place if you need a udes appliance. They offer several different kinds of appliances. If you are on abudget or just want something for your garage or for your cabin, this place is perfect. The prices are very fair and they are all cleaned up and working properly.They are conveniently located right off of M59 and Elizabeth Lk Rd in Waterford. Try it, you'll be pleased.
Obnoxious owner! Rude owner at this place. He was caught in a lie on the price of a part to repair a stove (thanks to the internet). Tried to tell me a $15 ignitor switch was $94!! When confronted, he became obnoxious, blaming me for him having to adjust the price of the repair. He also charged me $110 plus the part for 10minutes to fix. The original bill was $195, I paid him $130 which was still too much! He likely doesn't have a website because the internet has become his enemy that keeps him from ripping people off!
