Have been buying parts from Appliance Parts Mart for the 24 years we've lived in the neighborhood. I have always had a good experience buying parts there and even got good advice, when appliances reached the end of repairable life, that yeah, time has come to replace the appliance. We bought 2 replacements parts for our dryer from them, and was charged a total of $93.21. Came home and looked up the parts online because we thought that was ridiculously expensive, and found out we could get them online for $23 total. Took the items back (never removed from box) the next day and was charged a 20% "restocking" fee (which applies to all returns) which they said was to cover "card charge fees", and cost us about $18. I don't know any credit or debit card company that charges a company 20% of each transaction... read more

This place has always helped us out from our dryer to the refrigerator, they are nice and willing to figure out what the problem is
Great service and support We had an Oster electric kettle that was still under warranty. We contacted Appliance Parts Mart and got terrific follow up and service. I recommend them highly.
