I walked in and thought I was back in 2020.
As a DIY fixer, i enjoyed the capability to go to a local shop and get the parts I needed to fix a washing machine. I called ahead to verify they had the parts I needed, and went in and was able to get them. I did have to give the part numbers again. The parts are stored behind the counter so it's more of a warehouse instead of searching through aisles trying to find it yourself. It was also cheaper than amazon to get the parts without the wait for shipping. Thanks
If I could find another parts supply here in town, I probably would. I understand being safe, I really do, but masks, tables in front of the counter, plexi glass on the counters... all that I can deal with. Not accepting cash as a form of payment pisses me off. The men were polite, no one answered the phone when I called, and they had my part, so there’s that. If you can’t wear a mask for medical reasons or you dislike the idea that you can’t pay cash for stuff, find somewhere else
