I have used this location a few times . Usually the parts were in stock I needed for my washer and dryer. Service is ok
Horrible customer service will never go here ever again. I should have read the reviews before I even went in there. 2 people were working (one older and one younger) today 9/19 around 9:30am. They were incredibly rude right off the bat, gave short answers, wouldn't even let me explain what I was looking for just treated me like I was in the wrong store without even letting me finish my sentence just kept saying "No" "No" "No" What kind of service is that? Absolutely horrible customer service here avoid at all costs. All I needed was a fuse and they wouldn't help me and became super defensive when I told them they were being rude. Will never go here again, read their reviews as they all have similar experiences
