Reviews say they'll test parts. They don't. All I needed was a multimeter to check 2 pins for continuity. Was told nope. Not one multimeter available there. Did u get that? Not one multimeter to do a quick check continuity check. Several hanging on display for sale. But not one anywhere behind the counter to do a quick check before purchasing a part that I might not need? Really? Well guess what, they got me. I bought the part and didn't need it after all. Purchases are final. Lesson learned. Buy a cheap meter.
I needed parts to hopefully fix my whirlpool refrigerator and was able to get the major part needed but was confused about an additional part so I called over the phone and was not able to get an answer for the missing part . I went to pick up the major part it was close to closing like maybe 25 min till 5 and a very nice representative quickly asked me what I needed I told her the situation gave her the parts number and she was able to find it.
