The person there very nice and professional found all the parts for my old GE.
Sitting in the parking lot @ 11:30 am, Thursday, 8/6. No posted hours on the door, but it's locked. Website says open.....go figure!!!!!
I called appliance parts to go and I talked to a gentleman, he had the part and had it in stock, I told him that I'd be there tomorrow to get it, he told me that he would be open from 8:30 to 5:30, I was there at 5:00 and he was not, I called and all I got was his voicemail so I Left a message and went home disappointed, I called the next day around 3:00 and still no answer, All I got was a voicemail again, I left a messages again, no one called me back, not even a courtesy call, WOW ! Went in because my dryer was not heating. They checked the heating element for free and it wasn't the problem. They recommended other possible issues instead of selling me a part I didn't need. Was able to get my dryer running again. I really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness. I will continue to bring my business here and recommend this place to acquaintances and friends.
