I called appliance parts to go and I talked to a gentleman, he had the part and had it in stock, I told him that I'd be there tomorrow to get it, he told me that he would be open from 8:30 to 5:30, I was there at 5:00 and he was not, I called and all I got was his voicemail so I Left a message and went home disappointed, I called the next day around 3:00 and still no answer, All I got was a voicemail again, I left a messages again, no one called me back, not even a courtesy call, WOW ! Went in because my dryer was not heating. They checked the heating element for free and it wasn't the problem. They recommended other possible issues instead of selling me a part I didn't need. Was able to get my dryer running again. I really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness. I will continue to bring my business here and recommend this place to acquaintances and friends.

Stopped into appliance parts to go ,to get parts for my whirlpool washer agitator. the owner was extremely nice and professional and knowledgeable. You can’t beat the prices, vary reasonable!. I used this appliance Store several times and I’m very thankful for it being here. Supporting your local stores is vital. Thank you Appliance Parts To Go!
