I was debating a 4 or 5 star because sometimes their parts can be pricey. However your getting a OEM part that matches your appliance perfectly.your getting people who are knowledgeable and can help guide you through locating the correct item you need. I work with my hands for a living and when I have to use a big chain store like home depot or lowes the service is almost always horrible.
