Very good service. Parts usually only take a day
Our 2.5 year old GE Profile washer (that we paid $1200 for on a really good sale) decided the main control board needed to stop sending voltage to the lock and of course is out of warranty. Like any appliance that fails, it always happens when you really need to use it. Luckily, I call V&V with the part number and within a minute, it was confirmed they had the part in-stock and in-hand.
