Not answering the phone after not fully installing my dryer and saying they would return. Do not recommend
I brought a spectra GE stove several months ago. I've been calling because the oven doesn't work. Someone was supposed to come and check it out but never showed. I've called back repeatedly, and there is no answer. They do not honor the warranty.
I bought a washer and dryer and a stove. I regret trying to save some money ny going there. Washer only fills with water and stops, dryer loud as hell, and the oven on the stove set off my smoke detector. I think they have new ownership because i have used them before a long time ago and they are not the same people. I do not recommend shopping here. No answer when I've called over 20 times. Now im on my way there. Policy says exchange only no refunds but i need my money back.
Very poor Service We got a stove from here and it don’t even work also it says they are open Monday thru Saturday and Now We can’t even get ahold of them…….Im going to the better Business Bureau I am NOT playing Games with them 🤬🤬🤬
bought a stove samsung, ask lady multiple times did the appliance work she said yes all their appliances work. went home hooked and up and stove doesnt fire up, and kep pad doesnt work at all with "SE" showing on display meaning electrical problem. i tried calling since saturday, and today no answer! store been closed both days while saying open on internet, very fustrated! i will not be shopping here again and i need my refund.
