I have had good experience working with them, sadly he does have his own timing, and has led to some frustration, but I know he will show up. If he has promised to fix you can count on him. Yes, sometimes he does come with his kids....they are good, respectful.....better for me/us that he has them, rather than dont come because he has to take care of his kids. You cant beat his prices for appliances. I would/have/will definitely see them again!

This is the worst service and business I ever had with this place. Sold me a washer that don’t work but swear up and down it worked. Keep saying he gonna come fix it or bring new one but don’t come then I call he don’t answer at all but can answer to a text. Bout to press charges on this business and I will get my money back cause I have a 30 day warranty nobody gonna okay games wit me this business will be shut down soon
I had a dryer that needed in home repair. After 3 days of waiting on the technician he finally showed up. It took 4 trips to finish and it was never on time. One arrival was supposed to be at 5pm and he showed up at 9:30 with his 5yr old son. After finally finishing when I was at work and had to let family let him in. Mud and dog pooh was tracked through the house and in the same night my dryer burned up a belt or something within the first load.
