We walked in, told them what we needed, they answered a few questions, walked out with a dryer at a decent price. Simple showroom, best of all, no BS. I will be back to replace our aging washer!

We went in to buy a washer, the salesperson was so nice and knowledgable about washers, he told us everything we needed to know- that we hadn't even thought of beforehand. They did not end up having a top loading high efficiency type that we wanted, so even though he knew we weren't buying one. He still helped us, that is great customer service. I wish I could have helped him out and bought one!

Talk about customer service!! I purchased a stove from them in July and was told it had 90 days of warranty. I thought that was great, used appliance with warranty cant really beat that. Then November came and BOOM, the control board fried on us, I thought great it just had happen right after the warranty is no longer in effect. I looked online and the part alone was $180.00. I had no idea how to replace it so I cant some repair shops and they wanted $100.00 just to come look at the unit. I just couldn't believe it pretty st... read more
