Am happy by the service
The technician was very friendly, however after looking for 5 minutes he said you need a new refrigerator because of 600a Freon type leaked out. Then he said all made after 2021 have the same issue and any fridge would last maybe 5 years. I am sure he is correct, but would have liked advice on how too get one that will last. If this is the case you might have told us this over the phone and saved the 85 for a 5 min look. Only a suggestion. Blessings, Andrew.
Came in February, said my dryer just needed a tune up,400 dollars later he says its good to go.less than 2 months later same noise is back. Guy comes out says ahhh yeaa old dryers.call me if there is another issue instead of calling the office. Dryer never fixed. Dryer is now worse. Called multiple times for over a month, finally got through, they say the fix I had less than 6 months ago is no longer "in warranty" and I have to pay to have them co.e out again. Reported to the BBB. scam artists.
