No phone answer and voice mail box full so could not leave a call back number.
I had an issue with my freezer. I called them and we talked through the issue over the phone. After a few conversations, he said the cost to repair would be close to the same as a new refrigerator. He could have easily just come to my house, charge me for coming out, etc. Instead he made sure it was worth it for both him and I. So, even though we did not use him for an actual repair, you better believe he is #1 on my list the next time something comes up, and I have told everyone I can this same story. I had first called a local competitor who really didn't want to give me much information over the phone. Then I called Jerrad at Appliance Medic. Jerrad took the time to correctly troubleshoot the problem over the phone, then sent a tech out later the same day. The tech repaired the washer for my tenant and even came in slightly below the quote that Jerrad gave me. Very happy with the service from Appliance Medic and will be using this company again if needed in the future.
