Very dissatisfied with Appliance Mechanics Plus. They came and diagnosed our fridge as having a faulty compressor. They said they'd have a quote and lead time by the next day. During the next afternoon I had to call and I left a message. They never returned my call. I had to call in a different appliance repair company.
We needed a new belt for our dryer. They were very helpful in finding the right belt in their supply & the cost was lower than Amazon. It is so nice to have this local option available.
Service both in-store and during diagnostic/repair at house was great! The woman who runs the desk at the store was very helpful and got me booked in for the earliest apt with a technician. Two men came at the specified time and quickly troubleshooted to repair our washing machine. An unrelated issue, we had broken the dial sometime ago and they took it with them, found the right part, and dropped it in the mailbox the next day! Really above and beyond. Very happy with the whole team! Thanks so much

Larry and his crew are fantastic! Larry is efficient and to the point, he is extremely responsive, informative and kind! We recently had a mini split A/C installed and he also gave us some extra o rings for the hot tub! Super happy with the service we have received and when I have questions I have texted and called him and it’s been such a pleasure!
