Service both in-store and during diagnostic/repair at house was great! The woman who runs the desk at the store was very helpful and got me booked in for the earliest apt with a technician. Two men came at the specified time and quickly troubleshooted to repair our washing machine. An unrelated issue, we had broken the dial sometime ago and they took it with them, found the right part, and dropped it in the mailbox the next day! Really above and beyond. Very happy with the whole team! Thanks so much

Larry and his crew are fantastic! Larry is efficient and to the point, he is extremely responsive, informative and kind! We recently had a mini split A/C installed and he also gave us some extra o rings for the hot tub! Super happy with the service we have received and when I have questions I have texted and called him and it’s been such a pleasure!

The technicians came yesterday to look at my dryer. Unfortunately the dryer is pooched. The technicians were courteous and professional. Thank you to the owner for working with me on cost. Definitely would recommend Appliance Mechanics Plus.
