They had the same fridge for different prices and couldn’t even tell me why , I went there to get a fridge and walked out with what I thought was a working fridge I paid the full amount got it home plugged it in for 24 hours and NOTHING 🚨🚨 WENT THE NEXT DAY AND NO ONE HELPED ME WITH A NEW FRIDGE, or helped me look etc like every one went in hide , I COULD OF OVER LOOKED IT IF THE Customer service was better out of 10 it was 0 the new lady all she said was I’m new sorry 😐 like ok thanks for no help I’m not from Ohio so I w... read more

Simone, I am so sorry that you feel as if you had a bad experience, I realize that you are from out of town and really didn't understand the interaction that I had with your daughter who bought the refrigerator. I explain to everyone that on reconditioned appliances there can be issues, you will know within 2 weeks on a refrigerator if it has any issues. RecommendedFriendly, courteous and helpful staff that make the process very easy. I applied for financing online prior to arrival. When I arrived, the entire process was very simple and quick. The dryer my wife and I selected was not in stock. But we were promised in 5 days it would be there. The on hand selection is very good though. We will be returning for additional appliances and probably some furniture. When we get our dryer paid off. We would recommend AMC to anyone looking for a good deal and sales experience.
