Second time to use them and will continue to do so. Each time they have been helpful and friendly and has had the part we needed at a better price.
Horrible experiance. Ordered $65 oven part and paid $51 for 2 day shipping. About a week goes by and I reach out to see where my item was. They made an error and sent to wrong address. No problem. I just asked for the 2 day shipping to be refunded. They proceeded to tell me I recieved 2 day shipping. I said I hadn't because I ordered this part over a week ago.
