I was a little taken back by their price just to assess the issues. So I called around and found someone more reasonable
Came to look at my fridge witch we're still sorta have the same issue with but trying to figure things out but tech person very good and knowledgeable only downside I have an issue with is communication between from customer service rep to tech and customer service rep to customer could be a lot better cuz that day it sucked but happy with the service
Tom S., my technician, was awesome. I want to clone him to be my Plumber, Electrician, you name it. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained what had to be done and why. While I don't want another appliance fail, if it does, I hope Tom is available. You will not be disappointed using this team. From the first call to the repair, top notch service.
