My Bosch dishwasher is under warranty. This company is insane. Canceling appointments, saying they didn't get paperwork. Lowe's and my husband sent them endless paperwork. First contact was in February. My dishwasher is now useless. DON'T BUY BOSCH OR USE THIS CIMPANY EVER!!!!
The woman who answers the phone is combative for no reason. I have water all over the floor coming from a very expensive fridge that wasn’t there before the repair process began and she hung up on me. It’s unacceptable. They have been out multiple times to fix the fridge and it still was not fixed. Had to call an additional company out who came and was able to actually repair the issue. I have been a client for several years, and unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this company. This time, I’m being charged a $55 late fee, even though I paid the initial bill on time and also paid for the parts. No one ever contacted me to inform me that there was a remaining balance due. They do not send statements, invoices, or balance reminders, yet they are claiming they called and left a voicemail which I never received.
