A repairman came and charged $108 for two of three appliances he gave estimates on, and one was$138. So $354 without doing anything except give an estimate for each item to now be addressed. The technician arrived right on time and was very professional. He quickly identified the issue with our oven and explained everything clearly. John was not only personable, but efficient. I'd highly recommend him if you need reliable appliance maintenance!
Poor / no service . I contacted Appliance Masters of Flemington, NJ to repair Northland freezer, they agreed they repair this brand and quoted me the price for visit as$154 plus tax . Technician John came , he just opened the front panel , took pictures of the model number and closed it. Told me to find new unit and call them . It’s been 3 weeks and 3 visits and our dishwasher is still not fixed. It is very clear that the Technician who came to repair our dishwasher was extremely inexperienced. Today, he found another problem with our dishwasher which I’m sure is a part that he broke when trying to install the other parts. I spoke to the Office and asked for a refund , which the Technician assured me we were entitled to and would receive. The woman was so rude and hung up on me. DO NOT USE this company.
