I called yesterday regarding my non-working dryer. John P. came this afternoon and had it repaired in under an hour. I thought the price was reasonable considering a new dryer would have cost about $1000. They came quickly and had the necessary parts in the truck. The technician was very professional. I would recommend them unconditionally!
Appliance Master was very easy to get an appointment with, and all administrative issues were handled quickly and completely. Their tech, Patrick S., arrived before the appointment time, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and efficiently restored the refrigerator on his second visit. Unfortunately, I used the service before and I found them to be quite good, however, I needed them to service my dryer ductwork the other day and they quoted me a price for $125, when the technician came he didn’t even have a ladder, and I had to provide him with a ladder to get to the ductwork area one all sudden and done. I asked the technician what the final bill was and he told me it was $125 as it was offered to me from the very beginning, when I did receive the final receipt, there was a charge on there for $213, I cal... read more
Great service. Very efficient as well. The tech came out assessed the problem ordered the part for me. Everything was very smooth. We had an amazing experience and if I need anything else done without a doubt, I will contact them first before outsourcing, although there was a bit expensive as long as I don’t have any issues with the work that was done. I will use them again.
