James C. went to my mother's home today (Nanni) in Lambertville to repair her icemaker. I was there at the end of the visit and I just had to write to say that James was beyond professional and capable of the repair. He had the part on the truck and it was fixed in no time. My mother was thrilled and vowed to request him in the future.
I got fast service the next day after calling the day before. My older Kenmore washer needed parts which had to be ordered. I was happy the parts were still available. Ryan came out to install the parts which required him to take apart my washer. It was a difficult & challenging job but he persevered. It took 3 hours of non-stop work but he did it! Ryan was great. Clearly explained the problem and solution to consider. He clearly detailed the repair cost. I have retained his contact information to request his support for future needs.
