We had already diagnosed our front loading washing machines issue which was a broken spring. We ordered the spring and were looking for someone to install it. We called and they won’t install it!!! Basically they said they charge for diagnostics and parts and because we have already done those they won’t help us??? So confused!!! What a racket.
Prompt, honest service. I will only go with them! They saved us several thousands of dollars.
