I was super happy with the service we received from the phone call to the home visit! This company is very kind & helpful! John came to our home and inspected our washer & dryer. He was fast, efficient, smart, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, & knows what he’s doing!! :) Even tho my washer & dryer are no longer among the working… John made everything better. When I shop anywhere I do it based on quality of service. Weather it was when I purchased the appliances or just had an appliance question and was trying to repair it myself they were there to help and supplied the parts. When I could not fix the problem myself they did it for me with a great attitude. It's so nice to see a happily family ran business who looks out for the community they serve. this is not something you see everyday. They are by far the best in the business.
Kevin is the absolute best in the business! I've gotten 2 appliances from them now and he's honest and just does the right thing for people. Its so nice dealing with genuine good people who are good priced and honest. Thank you for being THE BEST!
Just bought a dryer from them today and had amazing service, the owner was super helpful and I could tell he wasn’t in it for the money but to help the customer out. It was a blessing to me to buy a dryer at a very good price. Owner provided warranty and guaranteed full inspection prior to buying dryer. Thank you for your services. I’d buy here again!
FANTASTIC service tech! John Came right out and repaired our dryer and explained everything he did to us. So happy we called and had them help us. Don’t hesitate to give them a call for service or buy an appliance.
