They were a huge help in tracking down the tiny little piece I needed to get my dryer back up and running, even in the immediate aftermath of a massive snow storm. Thank you so much for your help!!! The only appliance place that I’ll ever deal with, willing to work with you delivery, pick up the used old ones you have, they install and check your electrical, they really make you feel like they genuinely care about the customer, Kyle’s the man made sure I understood everything, even helped me find an electrical problem in my house. I can’t say enough good things about them the prices are extremely fair with a warranty to boot.
I was super happy with the service we received from the phone call to the home visit! This company is very kind & helpful! John came to our home and inspected our washer & dryer. He was fast, efficient, smart, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, & knows what he’s doing!! :) Even tho my washer & dryer are no longer among the working… John made everything better. When I shop anywhere I do it based on quality of service. Weather it was when I purchased the appliances or just had an appliance question and was trying to repair it myself they were there to help and supplied the parts. When I could not fix the problem myself they did it for me with a great attitude. It's so nice to see a happily family ran business who looks out for the community they serve. this is not something you see everyday. They are by far the best in the business.
Just bought a dryer from them today and had amazing service, the owner was super helpful and I could tell he wasn’t in it for the money but to help the customer out. It was a blessing to me to buy a dryer at a very good price. Owner provided warranty and guaranteed full inspection prior to buying dryer. Thank you for your services. I’d buy here again!
