I bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Tyler @ Appliance mart. Several months later I had an issue with my dryer, called the store and the tech tried to walk me through the possible issues over the phone. After not being able to figure the problem out, I brought it to them and the tech worked after hours and fixed my dryer the same day! Great customer service and business to work with!!
I had purchased a part for my dryer, which did not fix the issue. They happily refunded my money even though it took me 2 months to return the part. Every employee here goes "the extra mile" to assure the customer is happy. The store is very clean and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment!!! 👌
Bought a dishwasher for the wife for xmas..... PAYED CASH!!!!!.... wasnt the model she wanted so we returned it.... couldn't give us a refund back in cash claims they have to write a check.... been back twice and still no refund... keeps giving us the run around.... ... we will nor will anyone I talk to will be giving them business again... I will be spreading the word to everyone
