I had purchased a part for my dryer, which did not fix the issue. They happily refunded my money even though it took me 2 months to return the part. Every employee here goes "the extra mile" to assure the customer is happy. The store is very clean and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment!!! 👌
Best service we’ve ever received,. Bought a new refrigerator & two young men delivered and installed it for us . We’re 100% happy! Great service and excellent delivery.
Steph is their repair guy. Drove all the way to Cisco to look at my fridge. Tried his hardest to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t fix it. After 45 minutes he told me NO CHARGE because he couldn’t help. WHO DOES THAT??? The owner of this place better know the gem that this kid is. Call this place for your appliance repairs!
So worth it to switch to Appliance Mart from Dick Van Dyke. I left a credit at DVD (due to waiting for a part and repair for 6+ months) to purchase a Speed Queen set from Appliance Mart a little over a year ago. Recently, the dryer had an error code and needed a repair. Everyone I dealt with was great from the sale through the installation. And the best part is I absolutely love my new washing machine. It's the best one I've ever had. Thank you Appliance Mart!!!
