So worth it to switch to Appliance Mart from Dick Van Dyke. I left a credit at DVD (due to waiting for a part and repair for 6+ months) to purchase a Speed Queen set from Appliance Mart a little over a year ago. Recently, the dryer had an error code and needed a repair. Steph is their repair guy. Drove all the way to Cisco to look at my fridge. Tried his hardest to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t fix it. After 45 minutes he told me NO CHARGE because he couldn’t help. WHO DOES THAT??? The owner of this place better know the gem that this kid is. Call this place for your appliance repairs!
Everyone I dealt with was great from the sale through the installation. And the best part is I absolutely love my new washing machine. It's the best one I've ever had. Thank you Appliance Mart!!!
Purchased a new washing machine today. Was greeted immediately. Waited for the customer that was a head of me to be assisted . As soon they were assisted I was quickly attended to. I needed to buy today and was able to do just that. Best buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. I would recommend 100% and if and when I need to purchase any appliance this will be my first stop.
