I would recommend them. I only wish they would’ve ordered the recommended part the first time they were there. We had to wait an extra week to get the washer fixed because they replaced something that I’m not sure was really the problem. They showed up when expected & replaced parts quickly. I would give them a 4!
The repair man came out quickly and knew what he was talking about. I learned a lot about how the refrigerator worked. Although he wasn't able to fix it because the seal was broke he added another piece in hopes that it would help. He suggested I put a bowl in the refrigerator to catch the water because the motor and cooling system was still in good working condition and I wouldn't need a new or another used refrigerator for a couple three years. He was very nice and knowledgable.
