I called Appliance Marshall at 7:30am and left an urgent message, and they sent a technician out by 8:30am!! This is the second time in two years that they have responded within the hour for icemaker water leak issues for two different refridgerators (both times on Friday). I appreciate the outstanding service and professionalism that they always provide! I would give this company 10 stars if I could.
It is worth buying nice appliances and having them repaired by small companies like Marshall appliance. Our 20 year-old Viking stove has its issues, but it’s worth keeping around.
Fantastic experience - newly purchased home came furnished with older appliances - Dakota came out fixed our issue and tested our other appliances and found the oven (which we hadn’t used yet) had a significant heating issue. He ordered the part and came back and repaired. Great service - highly recommend!!
