Refused to come look at our icemaker. What a joke of a business.
His phone is disconnected
Absolutely the worst business around. Do not let this guy come to your house. They take your money and never come back when the part is in. I had two appointments and both of them, he never showed up. No call or anything. We are calling the police on them tomorrow. They are obviously stealing people’s money.
Rick has been out several times for my washer, and immediately knows what is wrong with it and gets it back in working order. He is reliable, I would trust what he tells me about keeping my appliances in good working order.
