Months ago a repair man came to my home to repair my refrigerator and in the process broke a shelf with his elbow. That I could deal with. What I can't deal with is still having a broken shelf, calling and leaving messages numerous times, having them come to my home with the wrong shelf to replace, and still to this day having a shelf in my fridge that has a gaping hole in it.
