I've bought two used sets of washers and dryers from them. They were very friendly and professional both times. Price was very reasonable. I had to call them once for a warranty issue. They arrived quickly and honored the warranty. I've recommended them to a number of people. I'll use them again when I'm in need of an appliance.
Very quick to respond, was here in only a couple of hours. Ed was thorough and took the time to explain things. Very honest and fair pricing. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Appliance King was recommended to us by a couple of different people and now we know why. We are adding them to our list of preferred repair contacts and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. As a matter of fact I’ve already set an appointment with him for next week for a problem dishwasher.
Edit: Honestly, whoever came to install the microwave was incredibly kind. Whoever answers the phone is not. For the record, NOT all renters remain that way; some become homeowners. Yes, a little kindness goes a long way. Even your reply was mean, and reminds me to never call you when I need help. I tried to schedule a time for them to install a microwave at my residence.
