We contacted **** at Appliance Jacks about a leaking 30 year old Maytag washer. He was willing to make the service call even though we were nearly 40 miles from his base; but **** first provided a phone diagnosis which allowed us to fix a leaking hose. It took us 20 minutes to repair, and no more leaking washing machine. I was so impressed, he missed a service call, but surely has gained respect from us as an honest repairman to whom we will rely on for future appliance service. ***** Stockbridge, MI

Worst experience ever. Brought a electric dryer end of October 2016 by January 2017(about 90 days) stopped working he waived the service call on my insistence after I complained he top working inspected condition but charged me labor and parts...next week out again same part...next day out again...this was two weeks ago...dryer is now not heating he wants to charge service and diagnotic fee...that me add this is a single person household doing two loads of drying a week.
