If i could give zero stars, that would be too generous. Long wait times on hold, appointments too far out and an icompetent "technican" sent out 6 or 7 times. During his last visit, he replaced parts and didn't even test the unit prior to leaving! Now, Applicance Hospital offers me an appointment almost three weeks out? ###### AVOID APPLICANCE HOSPITAL ######

These folks do not know what they are doing. As was said in anther review of them. I completely agree. They do not know what the problem is to my dryer and do not follow through on appointments that are made and even confirmed. No notification as to appointment cancellation. Who knows if they will show up to your appointment.

Horrible service - DO NOT USE!! After 2 months of waiting for our fridge to be fixed back in March/April, (they said the parts were delayed). The part they fixed failed again due to shotty workmanship. When we called to complain about the band aid fix, they didn't care and couldn't get a tech out for almost a month and would send the same tech out. We had two appliances serviced, they applied the higher service charge to the one that could not be repaired. The second appliance, as entered in their system, was only $30 service fee which applied to the completed service. The way they entered the service into their system cost us an additional $89 in service fee!

Worst company ever. Appliance hospital does not show up on time as they say they will. So you call them and find out why they didn't show up on time and you're on hold for 30 minutes what's my picks up phone you ask why am I on hold for 30 minutes because we're busy and we have people out to lunch. I explained to her this be the fifth time they came out to my house to fix the same frigerator only reason why I'm using this cuz they're the warranty company that I bought from home depot's company they use. so I asked the girl i... read more

My experience is very similar to other reviews here. There are more negative reviews on Yelp as well - see for yourself. The consistency should tell you something. I scheduled a service appointment (thru' Jenn Air) to fix a faulty regulator, a part supplied with the unit itself. The leaky regulator was diagnosed independently by a PSE (Gas Company) technician and a certified plumber. This company is totally incompetent. This company doesn’t look to actually repair or fix anything. They will bill you through the teeth, perform no actual service. They will continue to string you along with multiple visits to milk you or the company they contracts them for repair job until you give up. If you refuse to pay, they will threaten you with collections. This is the definition of a scam with the sole purpose of defrauding as much as they can get away with.

They are based in Portland and service Eugene. They first send someone to diagnose the problem. That took about a week. Then they are required to submit a request to the insurance to o.k. the part needed. 2 weeks later I received a call after leaving a couple of messages that my parts are in and now they are going to schedule my installation in a week. This is the most unprofessional business that I have ever had the displeasure of working with and I'm very disappointed in *********for recommending such a terrible company to fix our fridge. Our fridge hasn't been working properly for about 2.5 months now and when we called them to help the guy said he fixed the fridge but what he actually did was an experimental fix that he thought he didn't need to ok with us.
