I found a s**** in my dishwasher, KitchenAid sent Appliance Hospital to perform warranty repair. Technician came, look at the s**** and declared it could not have come from the dishwasher, he refused to inspect the machine and left without doing any work.I went to a parts website, found the s**** by the dishwasher model number and then drawings of parts it is used for - inspected these parts and found a s**** missing on the door internal gasket - the whole process took 5 minutes.Appliance Hospital is incompetent and rude, an... read more

The tech nor the business office did not disclose their labor rate. To be fair I did not ask but did not expect an exorbitant rate. The tech indicated the rubber gasket was very expensive for my refrigerator but he did not disclose his labor rate was $330/hr. I told him I had a disability and could not do the work myself and to go ahead with the work knowing the part was $159.00 If I had known how simple the job was I would have asked a friend to to the work. Incompetent. They came out to fix the stovetop. The guy that came out was extremely rude and not only did not fix the stovetop, but broke the oven and broiler and left. They called to say they ordered parts, but never heard from them again. Oh an they tried to charge ******* for this service. BEWARE. Please take one star away as I had to give them one and they deserve none

Repairman came and quoted us $416 to replace oven heating element. Implied part would be hard to find, perhaps a new stove would be better. Found the part on Amazon for $38.00. Still cost us $140 for repairman to look.

Unprofessional and unethical company. Rejected my service order through ****** warranty just because I had previously given feedback about their workmanship and lack of urgency and complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction. My initial installation of the dishwasher lasted for 2 months, thanks to the botched installation of the new kitchenaid dishwasher and not only that they took 3 weeks and multiple calls to get us back on their schedule. Needed a door sensor repaired on a Kitchenaid fridge that was still under warranty. AH order the part, but not enough prior to scheduling the repair. The part came in and they called to schedule, the error was no longer taking place and advised AH, but they recommend the service appointment anyways. Tech got onsite and within 5 minutes determined he didn't have enough parts to fix the refrigerator as the error wasn't present any longer. If I could give this company negative stars I would. The boatload of negative reviews should say it all, but I'll add my story to the long list. I should start my story by stating that I did not hire this company as my Whirlpool refrigerator was under warranty. I would NEVER hire this company on my own volition. Terrible experience with this company, the repairman came to our house to fix our dryer, came into the house and turned the dryer on and told us we needed a part replaced. He told me to just order the part on Amazon and fix it myself, he even sent me the link for the repair kit to buy. He told me the other option was to order the part and he would come back and fix the dryer for $239 but the part was only $20. Horrible customer service and difficult to contact by telephone. We tried three times to schedule refrigerator service through the ******* ********** office and were stood up by service person two times and once with a scheduling error. The only reason I gave them one star is negative stars was not an option. This warrantee repair service call was on a GE refrigerator with a two year warrantee.
