Excellent service BUT they charge flat-rate prices, so my simple half-hour repair still cost me their flat rate of $354 or $700 PER HOUR. Seems high to me. They absolutely refused to "adjust" the labor cost but gave me a $50 "repeat customer" discount.

I would not recommend Appliance Hospital based on our experience. They were sent to service our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator, and what should have been a straightforward repair turned into months of frustration. We dealt with several late and missed appointments, despite taking time off work specifically to accommodate their scheduled service windows. The first technician was unable to diagnose or fix the refrigerator and, during the process, damaged our refrigerator and broke part of our countertop. The broken countertop... read more

Stitch was so friendly and offered several solutions for fixing our ice maker. We were able to repair it without unnecessary parts which was much appreciated. We have always had a good experience with Appliance Hospital.
