Go somewhere else for repairs. Service is slow, ineffective and unprofessional. We had them come out for warranty work on our dishwasher that was 11 months old for it leaking. The first trip out the service tech literally leveled the dishwasher with a roll of electrical tape since the adjusting leg was stripped out when it was originally installed, he then charged me $179 for the roll of electrical tape being shoved under the dishwasher stating that his company had not processed the warranty information yet and then it still... read more

Spoke with Maggie on the phone about an LG refrigerator that appears to have a compressor issue. She walked me through the process and the cost and gave me great advice to help guide our decision to repair or replace the fridge. Even gave me advice on what models are higher quality and where I might find good prices and warranty. Not sure what I’ll do yet but her professional service and support is a good indicator that this is a reputable and honest company.

Came out to repair a new, in-cabinet double oven. He found the problem quickly but had to remove the several hundred pound unit to do so. No problem! Was done in less than an hour. Also showed up promptly on time. Great service!
