The service tech repaired our Sub Zero drawer refrigerator and did a great job doing so, BUT. He gave us a verbal quote and stated the total cost without any itemization. When I got the invoice to see what the costs were, I was shocked. I assumed there were a lot of parts and the parts were the majority of the bill. I was wrong. The parts were few and the cost of labor equated to over $500 per hour.
