Fabulous response from Appliance Guy when no other service was sympathetic to my failed refrigerator. They arrived within less than 2 hours of my call and will return within 5 days with new parts that I feel confident will fix my issue. Excellent technician, Elliot, as well as very professional staff in office.
We needed our refrigerator looked at and they were very helpful. Explained things clearly on the phone ahead of time and were friendly and prompt on service call. They gave us a quote for repairs and then gave us excellent information concerning repair vs replacement. We ended up going with replacement based on their honest advice, even though they would have made more money if we repaired. Would definitely recommend them.
Carlos was wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Carlos was able to fix my dryer in 1 short visit and I was so impressed with his customer service. If you need any appliance repair, this is without doubt the Go To Company!!!
