We needed our refrigerator looked at and they were very helpful. Explained things clearly on the phone ahead of time and were friendly and prompt on service call. They gave us a quote for repairs and then gave us excellent information concerning repair vs replacement. We ended up going with replacement based on their honest advice, even though they would have made more money if we repaired. Would definitely recommend them.
This week I engaged the Appliance Guy, Matt Eglin owner, to fix my 18-year-old Thermador refrigerator that had stopped running. Matt and his crew repaired my washer and dryer. They were all very knowledgeable and had all the right tools to fix the issue! I call them for all of my appliance needs now, wouldn't wanna go anywhere else!
Excellent Service from the point of contact with Matt (owner) to the technician Elliot very professional. I feel he went over and beyond Dryer is as clean inside as the day it was bought.Had parts in truck. Dryer running within 24 for hours of our break down. If you need Appliance Repair definitely use this company.
