Not leave loose wires inside the dryer on the first time they fixed.

Service techs repaired my refrigerator today and also had my dryer vent cleaned. They were both on time and were very friendly and professional and completed my service in a timely manner. They both were wearing mask for our safety. They cleaned up their work areas when the job was completed. I am extremely pleased with the service I received.
Worst customer service. Sells you on other services you don’t “really” need to make more money, even when unemployed. Also, was told a washing machine part had no ETA of arrival. Poor customer service and will be getting a report to the BBB.
Called to keep me posted on when he would be here. Was here when promised. Technician was personable, knowledgeable , efficient, and did a great job. Will definitely call them from now on.
