I purchased a new LG dishwasher for my grandmothers home. Unfortunately, during its third use it displayed an error code and refused to function. LG assigned my warranty claim to Mr. Rogers Appliance. They have now been to the home 3 times over 15 days and the dishwasher is still not repaired. They have left an awful mess and it only gets worse each time they come. The dishwasher door is in the hallway, parts are in the dining room, and screws are strewn about the kitchen floor. Unbelievable technician
Technician advised as to how I could avoid a repeat of the problem by doing one simple thing. Grateful!
I made the appt- confirmed for 8a - 12noon, I called after 12:20 to find out if there was a problem when the tech was not there and was told he would be there before 3pm, he arrived after 1p, completed repair and was gone in ten minutes. A ok.
On time for our appointment and he found loose seals that was causing our problem.
Hard working and did not give up until solution was found to fix problem. Highly recommend.
