When scheduling the replacemet of our dual fuel range, I discussed on two occasions the details of installation, including the facts that it was a 36” dual fuel range that would require conversion to propane, that the conversion kit was included and asked if the old range could be taken away. I had this company out to fix my ******* ice maker Sept 18, 2023. I paid the initial service charge of $100 in cash and was told I would be emailed a receipt. I had to call them to get that. They ordered a new ice maker and installed it which failed to work. Then it was more parts and excuses, factory reset, blame to other technicians and SIX visits and $430 later, still not one ICE CUBE! On July 8, 2022 Mr Rogers Appliances sent a technician out to access a problem with our 4 and 1/2 year old dryer (a $99 fee). We were told we needed 2 parts to fix it totaling $211.45. The tech returned on 7/12 to put the parts in. She worked on the dryer and I heard it running before she left. We paid her $211.45 (the service fee was already paid on July 8). I was very clear about what I needed Appliance GrandMasters to look at in my refrigerator. I explicitly asked them to let me know if it was something they could work on and if not, to let me know before they arrived. They booked Mr Rogers, a different company, then they arrived, looked at the refrigerator and told me there was nothing at all they could do, and want to charge me $89 for a service fee.
