Homeowners beware. Appliance Genius not only damaged my appliance during a repair attempt due to using incorrect tools, but they then had the audacity to blame the homeowner for the damage. This is outrageous! I strongly advise against using this company due to their unprofessionalism and dishonest practices.
I’m so glad I found Appliance Genius to repair my Bosch oven, they were very reasonably priced. Tristan the technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and had our oven back up and working again in no time. I’ll definitely be using Appliance Genius in the future if any of my appliances have issues again!
