Company advertising tried upselling bosch brand dishwashers which are known for purposefully breaking dishwasher features by disabling them through internet connections. Any company that tries selling you an appliance that denies you basic features for any reason after paying for them is a dishonest business. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful! We were not pressured into a sale at all, and they went out of their way to answer questions and demonstrate different options.
it is so refreshing to go to a business that really understands their products. you don't know what you're going to get at a big box store but an appliance gallery these people are total professionals I couldn't be happier with the service we received and the products. at this point we have purchased a Bosch double oven and a Bosch dishwasher both of which came highly recommended by Appliance gallery. both products have been excellent. I plan to purchase all future appliances there.
