Have used a few times and always came same or next day right on time with both confirmation and follow up calls.
CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I had called them to investigate why my microwave was not heating anything anymore (2018 Bosch microwave drawer). I was able to get an appointment promptly for May 28th. The Tech, Matt Ferguson, came and was very polite. He took a lot of time reading the service manual and attempted to diagnose the issue, but at the end of the appt he was not able to accurately diagnose the issue and stated he needed further clarification from a Bosch Tech Support.
