Great experience! The store on Zuni match a price that we found at another store on a range, gave us a 10% discount on a dishwasher! Doesn't everyone like a deal and awesome customer service? I didn't give 5 stars because I haven't seen the delivery yet. Thanks guys!
My wife was tired of not getting enough sleep due to our old mattress. She insisted that we were going to buy one today. When we walked into the Mattress Kingdom in Parker we were greeted by David Thomas. I said, "David we're here to look at your mattresses and our budget is $500. Dave told me that he had a $400 set but he had to check in the back to see if he still had it. I helped him carry it out to the front showroom and he set it up on a box spring for us. Potential disaster averted. I agree with a previous reviewer that it is difficult to get a human to answer the phone in the Delivery department. I tried unsuccessfully over a 12 hour period. When I finally reached a human my worst fears were realized; I was not on the next day schedule for delivery of my refrigerator as promised. Furthermore, they didn't seem to be able to locate my refrigerator. Wish my hubby would have checked out the reviews before buying from these guys. I might just say "ditto" to all the other reviews.. Terrible customer service! Must be run by politicians--all promises and no actions, if you can get anyone to even take your call. Would never recommend them and will never shop there again.
STAY AWAY!!!! I have been in business for over 30 years and this is one of the worst business I have ever worked with. BUYER BEWARE! I purchase GE Profile refrigerator, microwave and washer and dryer less than 5 months ago, as well as extended warranties. I spend thousands! Dave, the sales agent, assured me they stand by their products and service. Well, my refrigerator went out yesterday, we lost all of our food, water dripping everywhere, and we're going out of town today. I called the Englewood store where I purchased the products from. I PURCHASED AN ENTIRE KITCHEN SUITE OF APPLIANCES, AS WELL AS A WASHER & DRYER FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET FOR THE NEW HOUSE WE WERE BUILDING. I WAS TOLD BY SEAN, MY SALES REP, WHEN I PURCHASED THE APPLIANCES THAT THEY SERVICED ALL OF THE APPLIANCES THEY SOLD. By far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. These people sold me a washer dryer set that they claimed came with a free 10 year warranty. It didn't, which we found out when the washer broke down after less than 2 years. The company then proceeded to waste 6 months of my life "fixing" it after taking 2 months to grudgingly give me the warranty I was promised.
