This company is SOOO bad. Our fridge didn't work. Repair guy came out and said it had after market parts in it. Called the store was called a liar........!!! Yes they called me a liar that is the extend of there customer relations. RUN, go to Sears.
Potential disaster averted. I agree with a previous reviewer that it is difficult to get a human to answer the phone in the Delivery department. I tried unsuccessfully over a 12 hour period. When I finally reached a human my worst fears were realized; I was not on the next day schedule for delivery of my refrigerator as promised. Furthermore, they didn't seem to be able to locate my refrigerator. I called the Evans store in near panic since needing a working refrigerator is pretty much of a necessity, especially in this heat... read more
