37 minutes ago-Edit Spent $900 paid for same/next day delivery. Over a week later today was the delivery day. Between. 4-8pm. Wasted my entIre week waiting on this slow delivery that didn’t come. Contacting FTC & BBB 8am. Update, spoke to manager today, stated a refund was submitted after requiring me to give him my entire cc number again. Terrible experience with these folks from installation onward. They do very little to support the products they install and have completely failed to repair a simple issue to diagnose and actually damaged our new appliance. After which we are told they no longer service our area and we will need to follow-up with the manufacturer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The visit to the store was great. It was while the building is old it was open. bright and clean and organized. The salesman, Manager Joseph Sweeny was pleasant and appeared to know the business and inventory and NOT pushy to make a sale but showed us what they had and then left to let my wife and me to make our own decision. The only markdown was on the installation which wad delayed to the next morning from which it was scheduled although when they did bring it, they also were pleasant and efficient.
Great service and got a good price on our new fridge. Matthew was kind and professional. Glad we came!

Avoid this place at all costs. Spent thousands of dollars purchasing new appliances for a kitchen remodel. Complete lack of care for the customer, they are quick to make promises of delivery dates and call-backs but never follow through. Their last promised delivery of Friday came and went, they say delivery will be made next week, but I am not holding my breath. This company is SOOO bad. Our fridge didn't work. Repair guy came out and said it had after market parts in it. Called the store was called a liar........!!! Yes they called me a liar that is the extend of there customer relations. RUN, go to Sears.

Excellent service Matt is a saint help me with purchase and gave great service I got two beds box and frame for a great price and also got a washer and dryer for a even better price will definitely recommend this place
