Upon making an appointment for my tenant, they came and said there was nothing they could do because the problem with the stove wasn't happening at the time they showed up so literally left!!!! and ONE WEEK later, never saw a bill yet and got a call that it was going to collections if I didn't pay??? They never even left a bill and I was never even told it had to be paid that day. Then the customer service who was so rude said they didn't service it because it wasn't paid for.
