I would give them 0 stars if I could. Came out requested I pay partial in cash so they can get the part and come back the next day. A WEEK later he FINALLY showed up at 7 at night banged very loudly on my front load washer and after running my washer 3 times I have water pouring out the front of my front loader. Refuses my calls but will answer if I call from a number they don't recognize. Tells me that he is in the "hospital" and they will get back to me later. Guy who said is the owner came out to fix my Samsung washer. The code the washer is giving can be several issues. The guy just cleaned the pump and didn't check anything else and took my $150. My washer is not very old, so the pump could not be that dirty. I would assume any intelligent person would check all options. People don't know what to look out for or what can be wrong with they're appliances so we just get ripped off. I've called the guys a few times to come back and get the repair done right. Bad experience, they say "same day service" but don't have any parts whatsoever with him, also he plays games cause they will charge you the"service call" almost upfront and fix nothing cause they don't have any parts. They have to order everything.
