I would LOVE to post all the texts between me and Gerald Phillips, owner. Let's put it this way: Late. Liar. Unresponsive. Jerk. And, I didn't have a choice b/c he is a contractor for GE Appliance. A fix that GE said should have been *done* within 5 days, sitting at 3.5 weeks and nothing from this guy but bs. He never ordered the parts, then blamed GE for losing an order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
FIVE STARS! I received outstanding service from Appliance Doctors USA. The tech who came out was the owner. He explained that he had hired an office manager to alleviate the missed calls and other past difficulties. My experience stems from a referral from Lowe's for the repair of my Samsung's icemaker. I was called promptly the next business morning by the manager. She scheduled the tech to come out the next day after 2:30pm. He called at 1:37pm to see if it was okay to go ahead and come on out.
