Contacted this company early January as they are recommended by Thermador. Never give feedback unless I call or e mail. They were supposed to come for the repair ten days ago, still no news. After all we're just a customer, right?

He’s not there to sell me something I don’t need as he believes in long business relationships over some of his competitors’ one time cash grabs. Brandon goes above and beyond including suggesting the best running brands and appliance models on the market that don’t break down to the detriment of his livelihood. No problem leaving a door unlocked and telling him to lock up on departure.
