Rude and Totally Unhelpful! I wish there was a ZERO STAR!!!! Horrible company, horrible service! Avoid at all costs. Tried to schedule a repair and got a surly rep on the phone; won't help my tenant even determine if they could help without demanding a credit card. AND they don't even have parts so why would you need a credit card before troubleshooting??? Total attitude, total worthless service manners. AND on another incident, the tech called and asked if he "really needed to come"...like he didn't want to make the service... read more

The Doctor is In The customer service I received from Appliance Doctor was exceptional. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to take care of me right away. The technician who came to fix my appliance was very nice and afterwards I needed to call the office to have a question answered and the woman who I spoke with was more than helpful and very polite. The price to have my appliance fixed was better than fair and since I had the repairs done there was no service charge added on to the total owed. I found th... read more

Horrible Customer Service I have never encountered such terrible customer skills in my life and turns out it was both the owner and his wife who I spoke to ! Not only are they rude but they are also disorganized in their scheduling. During the week of my scheduled appt - when I called to let them know I was not scheduled until the following week it was if they were bothered I called to notify their technician there has been a mistake.
