The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Figured out the problem immediately, repaired my washer and described the problem and cause of the problem. He also, gave me a few pointers about my washer. The price of the repair was very reasonable and I also got a free lesson.
I had a great experience. The serviceman, Christian, was polite, professional, friendly, and good looking, (Bonus for me). He finished the job in no time flat and now my refrigerator is working again, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Christian.
