Had a broken maytag fridge Keith came by and installed a new switch relay, it broke in 2 weeks so I called Keith to come by he said the compressor was broken so we had it fixed under warranty by maytag but the employee told me the switch relay was missing NOT ONLY DID KEITH STEAL PARTS FROM THE FRIDGE HE CUT THE WIRES AND VOIDED THE WARRENTY, was beyond pissed he denied it on the phone but eventually admitted to it he did refund us but we had to wait a couple days with a broken fridge because they had to rewire the whole thi... read more

Very positive experience. Return call to set time window for service came when promised, and technician arrived within that window. John explained our options and then proceeded to remediate the issue with our Whirlpool Dryer efficiently. Interaction and service clearly met our expectations, and pricing was both fair and reasonable.

If you have issues with your appliances, Appliance Doctor is the solution. Had two different problems with our fridge, both times we received a same day repair at a very affordable price. Where can you get that nowadays? Old-style, small town customer service how it should be.

Did a great job, showed up as scheduled and worked with to solve problem with our Master Chef fridge. I recommend them and will use them again in the future...although I hope I don't need to. Lol
