I called and they service guy was out the same say and because I live so close he was willing to stop by after 5pm. I had called another place and they were no call no show two days in a row. The washer had to be taken in the shop for repair...they came and picked it up and dropped it off no problem. Very friendly and fixed me washer quickly.

We bought a used washer and dryer from Norm's Appliance Repair! We picked them up and took them home and set them up ourselves! The dryer worked fine. The washer we noticed had two parts (rods) falling out from underneath before we even got it into the house! We took it right back because they have a 30 day warranty! They said we could pick it up the next day fixed! We went back the next day and the day after to pick it up and both days there was nobody there and a note on the door saying they were on a service call! But no ... read more
