I dont know who tric1027 called, but can guarantee that they didnt call the Appliance Doctor. He never schedules any repair weeks in advance. The are either same day or next day. He has been in the appliance business for over 30 years and knows his stuff. Can only guess that this is from a competitor that is trying hard to get his business and ruin his great reputation. Karma is a B***t*h!
I had a appliance hook up scheduled with this company weeks in advance. I called their office to confirm an appt, and they decided they just didnt want to do the job at the last minute. That is so unprofessional and now Im left finding someone else at the last minute. I wouldnt recommend this company at all. If you have an issue or heaven forbid a washer leak, do you really want your appliance company to just change their mind? I wouldnt
