I called the Doctor about a small, inexpensive part for my dryer. (a dryer thermal fuse - which sells for about 2 bucks apiece on Amazon). He said he had the part and I could drive over to see him and get it. When I got there he charged $20.00 for the item. "It's convenience" he said. Ouch! I'm glad he didn't have to deliver the item!
DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I had him come out because my dryer was giving a D90 code which means it's blocked somewhere. He comes out and checks the lint trap but didn't see anything so he said he was going to check the inside and a few other things. So I walk away to wait and assumed he checked the wall vent. He comes to me and says he believes it the sensor on the dryer and was going to his truck to research it. Was so disappointed! He charged us $175.00 for nothing. Used no parts , Left without it fixed and said “sorry don’t know what it could be , the charge is $175.00. I would never recommend him to anyone We are just out the money I believe in always paying for someone’s time but expect fair treatment No stars
