Arrived within an hour of calling him, had my dishwasher fixed in no time, and had all the needed parts on hand. Charged me significantly less than I thought it would be.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Dryer wouldn't heat. Quick repair is the only reason for 1 star. $125 call out fee, 40 minutes of actual work resulted in a $295 bill. The replacement part on multiple sites was $25 at most. Over $100/hour for the work? And, left a dirty mess after the work.
I called the Doctor about a small, inexpensive part for my dryer. (a dryer thermal fuse - which sells for about 2 bucks apiece on Amazon). He said he had the part and I could drive over to see him and get it. When I got there he charged $20.00 for the item. "It's convenience" he said. Ouch! I'm glad he didn't have to deliver the item!
DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I had him come out because my dryer was giving a D90 code which means it's blocked somewhere. He comes out and checks the lint trap but didn't see anything so he said he was going to check the inside and a few other things. So I walk away to wait and assumed he checked the wall vent. He comes to me and says he believes it the sensor on the dryer and was going to his truck to research it.
