Great Christian man who is fair,fast,friendly and HONEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Awful service. Claimed to have ordered a part for my dishwasher (control panel), which he never did. Then after a week when I called, said he would get to the bottom of why the part hadn't arrived, never called back. Another week and my wife called, with the same results. Today I ordered the part myself and will install it myself. Complete waste of my time, particularly if you count the time spent discussing his church and religion when he should have been working....Suggest trying elsewhere (unless you go to his church)...
Steve Messenger���s services for this self-owned appliance repair service are outstanding. Though I am his Step Son, he treated my Wife and I fairly as he does any other customer making his services fair and evenly billed. He repaired the glow plug for or Stove so we could finally cook. The part was on hand, and within 25 minutes it was fixed. If he doesn���t have the part, trust in his wisdom to find it for you.
