It has been 2 months since my dyer was "fixed" by the son of the original owner. My dryer is now making the same clunking noise, not only the fix was probably done improperly but the service and comunnication was horrible. Late for every appointment, did not return phone calls or text messages, one week later than discussed finish date. I DO NOT suggest this company. It sounds like it was great until the son took over, but my experience was horrific and my dryer still isnt fixed!

I was extremely pleased with the service, professionalism and knowledge of service provider. I had been told by the GE representative that they no longer carried the parts for my double oven and I would have to order a new one. After not having a usable oven for over 6 months, a friend recommended I call the Appliance Doctor.
